We are seeking an experienced Tooling Supervisor to support tooling operations within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive manufacturing facility in KWC region.
Pay - $95K
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day tool room operations to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
- Direct tooling personnel in the maintenance, refurbishment, and optimization of dies, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment.
- Ensure tooling availability aligns with production schedules and operational demands.
- Analyze recurring tooling failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support new program launches by coordinating tooling preparation, validation, and production readiness activities.
