You will maintain, repair, clean, and troubleshoot molds, tools, and related equipment to ensure smooth production, minimize downtime, and support quality and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and repair molds, tools, and related equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance on tooling to reduce breakdowns
• Support tooling modifications and improvements to enhance production processes
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and assist in root cause analysis to resolve problems promptly
• Ensure tools are in good working condition to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices in the toolroom to provide a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Toolroom Manager or Supervisor
