Job Description
Our client is seeking a Total Customer Experience (TCE) Program Manager on-site in Vancouver, WA. He/She will be joining the consumer R&D group, working on a Windows OS application program. The application that the organization is creating is a consumer-based subscription service product. The TCE PM will be responsible for multiple customer touchpoint and journey, through understanding customer usage to effectively help solution the software for the developing application. He/She will develop and implement data-backed strategies to re-engage customers who have fallen off the designed experience flow and return them to optimal touchpoints. Create and maintain high-quality visual deliverables including experience flow diagrams, journey maps, and presentation decks using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, and Miro.
