                Job Description

Pay Rate: $21.31 /hour

Position Type: Seasonal (May-October)

 
Job Duties Include:
Provide ongoing training of Tour Operations Agents
Review Winter contracts to put together a promotional document for the tour operations agent to ensure accurate billing
Establish and maintain good working relationships between the hotel and tour companies and their representatives
Ensure accurate billing to Tour companies, complete “No Show” FIT billing, and cancelled tour billing
