A well-established tourism company is seeking Tours Reservation Agents to handle bookings for individual travelers and groups, manage tourism systems, and oversee hotel contracts. Key Responsibilities:
•Reservations Management: Handle and process reservations for individuals & group tours efficiently.
• Hotel Contracting & System Monitoring: Oversee hotel contracts, pricing, and ensure accurate system updates.
• Booking Systems & Technology: Use and master reservation platforms, Excel, and Word to manage bookings effectively.
