Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on day shift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three times per week or at a frequency dictated by the business.

The Role

TRACK PH is GM’s early‑career leadership and rotational program in the Philippines. It’s designed for high‑potential fresh graduates who want to fast track their careers in Finance, gain broad exposure across GBS, and work on real business-critical projects from Day One.
