TRACTOR OPERATOR (GARDNER)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Falcon Dunes Golf Course on Luke AFB. This is a Flexible position with no guaranteed hours or benefits. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and frequently stoop, bend, reach, and climb. Exposed to extreme heat: possibility of cuts and bruises. . Responsibilities Operate field-type tractors with attachments, mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, clippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, moveable dozer, blades, backhoe, and other equipment ranging from small hand held applicators to tractor drawn liquid and solid dispensers. Make adjustments to equipment to ensure proper settings, connections and mechanical soundness. Observe all safety rules and regulations pertaining to vehicle operation.
