Trade Compliance Analyst

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst.
**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Plan and coordinate the operational activities of Eaton Aguascalientes to guarantee compliance with Mexican and International customs trade law framework.Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and well documented, performing occasional internal reviews and identifying compliance problems that call for formal attention.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:1) Ensure integrity of Trade Compliance processes2) Maintain a strong understanding of customs regulations related to import/export processes and communicate to the plant about relevant changes that have an impact on operations.3) Monitor all the obligations to maintain certifications such as VAT, OEA and CTPAT4) Ensure that temporary inventory fulfills with all Mexican Customs regulations5) Keep open balance within threshold by following standard GTM process on monthly basis6) Ensure legal stay of fixed...
