Trade Counter Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Process sales orders and prepare accurate quotations
• Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities
• Support stock ordering and assist with basic inventory control
• Provide support to customers at the trade counter and showroom
• Offer product information and maintain strong product knowledge
• Work proactively in a sales-focused, customer-first environment (not just order processing)
