Trade Operations Assistant

Prepare and manage trade documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents). Coordinate logistics and customs processes. Support international trading of metals and industrial materials. Liaise with vendors, clients, shipping agents, and internal teams. Assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits. The Talent: Degree in any discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance is advantageous) 2 years of working experience Detail-oriented, responsible, meticulous and a strong team player Ability to communicate in Korean language to liaise with native Korean-speaking counterparts is an additional advantage
