Trade Waiter

Gran Torino Ristorante is a premium Italian restaurant located in Double Bay, offering authentic Italian cuisine with a contemporary approach. Our dessert menu is an integral part of the dining experience, featuring classic Italian pastries and modern creations crafted with precision and creativity.

We are looking for an experienced Trade Waiter who will be committed to the role and enjoy the challenge of being involved in the successful service of the restaurant. This is a full-time position that will see you work closely with all levels of staff in the venue.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

·Prepare and set tables to ensure an organised, professional and comfortable dining environment

·Greet guests warmly and present menus and beverage lists

·Provide menu recommendations, explain daily specials, take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system to ensure they are communicated correctly to the kitchen and bar tea...
