The Trading Desk Head is a senior level position responsible for managing the desk of Traders, and ensuring revenue goals are met. The overall objective of this role is to develop and implement a business plan that achieves targets set by the Global Head of the business, while managing risk and ensuring controls are maintained.

+ Define goals and objectives and develop a trading team that builds a cohesive, client centric product offering, and manage officer title distribution
