Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or Digital Acquisition, ideally within ecommerce or DTC brands
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with high budgets
- Knowledge of SEO, Affiliates and Influencer-driven acquisition strategies
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset with strong performance understanding
- Experience leading or coordinating teams
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Triple Whale or similar platforms
- Structured, organised and data-driven in decision-making
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- AI-friendly and comfortable leveraging technology to improve performance and productivity
- Fluent Spanish and high English level
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or multi-market consumer brands will be highly valued
