Your tasks- Follow-up and control of costs for freight and customs; for statistics and financial results.
- To prepare information necessary for generation of budgets of freight and customs costs.
- Provide information on logistics costs for other parts of the company; for selection of new suppliers in new projects and decision making- Coordinate the Import and export processes- consider the next points: Classification of products, use the LSP and rates approved by Corporate, complying with import and export regulatory documentation by external entities ( GOVERNMENT) and internal requirements.
- Escalate and coordinate and emergency shipments (HC, Charter, NFO or any other risk )- Maintain the TRACS system with complete shipment information; for generation of financial reports and statistics, payments to logistics suppliers, etc.- Evaluate monthly the performance of the logistics providers on the correct and timely billing service, as well as the response time of clarifi...
