Traffic Supervisor I (Guadalajara)

Job Summary
Responsible for the sub‐process of the materials logistics, supervising all Import/Export operations as well as vendor payments, ensuring timely completion, approving deviations from Traffic procedures, and authorizing freight bills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Validate that information loaded into the maquila software and databases matches the Import/Export file documents and produce incidental reports.
Ensure export downloads are completed on time.
Confirm all Import/Export operations are uploaded to the maquila software and the traffic database at 100% accuracy and produce incidentals reports.
Develop action plans with corrective actions (who, what, when) for issues outside parameters.
Report any anomalies in the maquila software to the NAFTA Legal Customs Supervisor.
Document changes made to the maquila program related to Import/Export and payment modules.
