An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Co-ordinator to join our team in our North Oxford hub.

This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. 

Main Purpose of the Job

To be responsible for all administrative aspects of the letting process.

Key responsibilities:
Process tenancy applications and produce all tenancy agreements and associated paperwork ensuring a high degree of accuracy

Plan and process tenancy renewals

Monitor and progress references as required

Liaise with colleagues, clients and tenants when required

Provide administrative support to the letting and property management teams when required
