Trainee Mould Shop Technician

**What you'll be doing**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mould Shop Technician to join our team in Norway. You will receive full training and development to become proficient in operating and maintaining moulding machines, supporting production processes, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
As Trainee Mould Shop Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation, soldering, cleaning, labelling and testing of all cable assemblies, subsea tails and connectors. You will continually maintain cable and connector stock levels, assist in producing cable test reports and assist in using the moulding machines.
Day to day you'll be involved in:
- Testing and preparing cable assemblies in a consistent manner
- Ensuring all cable assemblies are clearly labelled and identified
- Ensuring the mould shop remains a safe and clean working environment
