Job Description
JDP is seeking a Trainee Technical Support Assistant to join our Civils & Drainage Technical Support team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term technical career within a stable, growing organisation that strongly supports training and progression.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands‑on experience in drainage take‑offs, technical documentation, and system design. Full training will be provided, with progression toTechnical SupportAssistant expected within 18–24 months, subject to performance.

Assist with drainage take-offs using Active Take Off software
Prepare manhole schedules and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate technical records
