Trainer

Working within the Training  team, this role will be responsible for executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL plan for the Training position in Spain. The role will work across the organization, aligning the needs of our customers and points of sale (POS) to drive exceptional customer experiences and increase sales of our brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane).

Additionally, this position will be responsible for delivering technical and commercial training, organizing promotional events, and managing administrative tasks related to training and animation activities. Given the highly cross-functional nature of this role, strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for the luxury and cosmetics industry are essential. This role reports to the Commercial Director.
