Trainer- Evolution Finance- Engage Grade 6

Ensure the comprehensive training and development of Evolution Finance Credit Champions, customer service representatives, and debt collection/recovery agents through both in-person and virtual training sessions.  This includes designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of trainees, enabling them to perform their roles proficiently and contribute to the company's success.Collaborate closely with Evolution Finance Management, Sales Managers, and Merchants to ensure that the training programs are aligned with the company's business objectives and operational needs.  This involves continuously assessing and improving training content to meet evolving industry standards and business requirements, thereby supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.
