Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations
• Able to create detailed and structured Training Plan
• Prepares training materials and aids
• Conducts highly effective training sessions, may it be virtual or face to face
• Evaluates post training sessions
• Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course
• Must have at least 2-4 years worth of actual training experience via face to face/virtual for at least 15 or more people per class
• Strong life insurance product, services and process understanding and background
• Should be methodical, creative and competent in the training field
