Trainer – UK/US Banking

Overview

We are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to support a UK or US Banking and Financial Services account specializing in loan origination processes , including mortgage and auto/motor financing . If you have strong training experience in banking operations and a passion for developing high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, product, and refresher training for banking and financial services processes


• Deliver training on the loan origination lifecycle including application intake, documentation verification, underwriting support, approval, and payouts


• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions to ensure operational readiness
