The Training Administrator is responsible for coordinating, administering, and supporting all aspects of employee training programs.
This role ensures smooth delivery of training sessions, maintains accurate training records, and supports trainers and participants to enhance learning outcomes.

- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, and technology setup.
- Track attendance, completion rates, and feedback for all training activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to trainers and facilitators.
