Training and Development Specialist

The Training & Development Specialist leads the development and implementation of high quality, cost-efficient professional development for all Early Learning Center (ELC) programming and functional training initiatives as assigned. This position prioritizes the satisfaction of the program being supported and is responsive to the program needs. Focus in this role is to embed high quality practices from multiple practice and regulation sources (EHS / HS / PreK Counts/ NAEYC / Keystone STARS) into a variety of environments as well as to ensure, through data evaluation and monitoring, high quality service delivery in line with KenCrest strategic plan, OCDEL requirements, and the ELC Program’s Logic Model.
