About the Role Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Training & Placement Manager to bridge the gap between students and industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, coordinating placement drives, enhancing student employability, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Placement & Corporate Relations Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners. Generate placement opportunities for students through campus drives, recruitment events, and job fairs. Identify new hiring partners and expand the company's employer network. Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts. Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports.
