About the role
We are looking for a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Training & Compliance Coordinator, you will coordinate and strengthen Agency (livestock, wool and grain) training and compliance to lift capability, reduce operational risk, and align development pathways with Agency profitability and demand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Agency training calendar, enrolments and logistics (virtual and face-to-face) for defined programs
- Maintain training materials, facilitator guides and learning pathways within the relevant systems
- Coordinate the compliance content and delivery approach in line with Agency requirements
- Maintain pragmatic compliance standards and supporting documentation, ensuring the communication of requirements to the relevant cohorts
