- Identify training and development needs across the organisation through assessments and consultations with line managers.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, booking venues, trainers, and scheduling sessions.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Qualified Artisan — Welder or Vehicle Body Builder trade
- Relevant training facilitation or coaching qualification (advantageous)
