We are presently seeking multiple motivated and detail‑oriented Training Development Specialists to support simulated training defence systems. In this role, you will plan, design, create, edit, and review courseware content in various formats, ensuring the delivery of clear, engaging, and effective training materials. This position demands a strong focus on customer service, innovative training methodologies, and a commitment to precision and quality.
Responsibilities
- Learn complex training and simulation concepts to generate content that is clear, concise and aligned with the Engineering/Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) guidelines.
- Plan, design and create new courses in various learning content formats, including conventional manuals, eLearning modules, video‑based content, and distance learning.
