Training Instructor Specialist (San Antonio Tecómitl)

In BYD we are looking your talent as /Training Instructor Specialist/ is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance aftersales service performance across the dealer network. The role requires teaching expertise and a solid understanding of aftersales KPIs, profitability, and service management processes.
IMPORTANT: This is not a role related with manufacture or design in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver aftersales training courses for service managers and dealership staff.
Develop and update teaching materials, training procedures, and participant engagement activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Organize and manage training logistics, including course planning, participant confirmation, credit rules, and certification ceremonies.
