Training Integration Manager (Level 5)

**Description:** The Aeronautics Global Production Operations organization is seeking a Training Integration Manager to join the Factory & Field Training Team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team of training integrators who collaborate with Production Operations stakeholders across Aeronautics to proactively identify and implement training solutions in support of business needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing training related projects, making data driven decisions regarding training requirements, and presenting performance metrics and recommendations to optimize training utilization and overall organizational health.
