JOB DESCRIPTION Delivery of the core sales training curriculum - CSP, VSP and SSP Support for major core programs such as the Global Water Onboarding classes Demand planning for programs and training schedule creation for the financial year Learning Business Partner role for allocated divisions providing learning engagement data, training updates and determining business specific training needs Creation of new training programs to meet the needs of the Global Water businesses in Europe Review and adjust current training program offerings based on participant feedback and needs of the Global Water businesses Scheduling and delivery of ad hoc training classes as per the requirements of the Global Water businesses Liaise with the Global Water L&D Centre of Excellence partner...
