Training & Operations Manager

(This role is for Reactor School, one of the portfolio companies under Reapra.) Reactor School designs Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd) programmes for students and young founders under-30. We work with high schools and universities to help educators implement EntreEd on campus. We help students turn their ideas into projects, and their projects into companies. We believe that the world's biggest problem is that there are not enough young people solving the world's biggest problems. Our mission is to Cultivate the Galaxy's Best Young Founders.

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Programmes & Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and operational scaling of our training programmes across schools, universities, corporates, and ecosystem partners (local and overseas).
