• Standard hours: 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
• Primarily remote with occasional in-office attendance in Alberta as required
• Remote work must be performed within Canada

Overview

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining learning materials that support the effective use of a complex digital system used for regulatory and business processes.

This role focuses on identifying user performance gaps, translating system functionality and business requirements into practical training resources, and supporting the delivery of structured virtual training sessions to ensure consistent and confident system use across end users.
