Training Specialist

Talentmark are recruiting for a Training Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
Between £185-£240 per day PAYE, or £230-£300 per day Umbrella (inside IR35).
Training Specialist role:
Deliver face-to-face and remote training across the Greater Glasgow & Clyde region. 
Support implementation and rollout activities.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical users following go-live.
Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
Troubleshoot basic user and workflow issues during implementation.
Build strong working relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and project stakeholders.
Your Background: Previous experience delivering healthcare or diagnostic training.
Strong implementation or rollout experience within healthcare settings.
