Training Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for devoloping skill so that new operators achieve the required eficiency and productivity
- Maintain all record and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitoring progress of trainees
- Complete time keeping system daily to ensure new hires and trainers time cards are correct and accurate
- Follo up new hires to evaluate performance and behaviors
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2 Years of experience as supervisor
- Experience with training systems
- Quality Audits
- STPS knowledge
- Proeficient in Microsoft Office
