What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end training operations to ensure employee readiness and business success
• Design and deliver impactful products, process, and soft skills training programs
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, coaching, and performance analytics
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes
• Develop and lead a team of highly competent Trainers, delivering the best of training experience to the Account(s).
• Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account, through the Training Metrics.
• Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions to enhance team and operational excellence.
