SUMMARY  
The Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance to the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement.
At this position level: 
Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
Understands clients’ objectives, business drivers and needs in order to develop and recommend real estate acquisition, renewal and/or disposition strategies that meets the clients’ needs and optimizes the value delivered to the client 
Conducts analysis and develops business cases to support recommendations 
Executes real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies 
Develops, recommends and executes approaches to reduce occupancy costs
