Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
Coordinate and validate high volumes of data from various sources.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all necessary data is processed for invoicing.
Handle monthly activities in the Oracle financial system, including closing Purchase/Sales Orders.
Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to resolve issues and provide historical financial data.
Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
