The Transactions & M&A Due Diligence Senior Consultant should lead ESG, EHS and sustainable finance due diligence assignments across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, refinancing and capital market transactions. The role supports investors, corporates, lenders and financial institutions by identifying value-relevant ESG & EHS risks and opportunities, assessing regulatory and climate exposure, and translating sustainability insights into transaction-ready decision‑making.
