Role Title: Transformation Lead
Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2026
Location: London. Hybrid 2 days per week onsite
Rate: £506 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role purpose / summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Technology-led KYC Transformation Lead to drive large-scale, end-to-end transformation of the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem.
This role will lead strategic initiatives focused on automation, digitisation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven processes.
