Job Overview

FTAI Aviation is seeking a Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence and transformation at our Montreal maintenance facility. This role will own and execute site‑level transformation initiatives, focused on productivity, flow, cost reduction, quality, on‑time delivery, and production scalability across engines, modules and piece‑part repair operations. The Transformation Manager will lead and develop a team of Continuous Improvement professionals while driving facility‑wide transformation projects, supporting rapid production ramp‑up, shaping operating models, and leading the introduction of new products and technologies into production. This position requires strong leadership, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
