Location - Remote within Germany, with regular travel across Europe

Required Experience & Profile
Essential
Proven experience in large-scale organisational or enterprise transformations

Strong background in: Change management
Execution model, delivery, or operational transformation 

Ability to operate as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership

Demonstrated success working in complex, global, cross-cultural environments

High tolerance for ambiguity and evolving scope; ability to move forward without full definition upfront
