- Engage as a short-term consultant to support Pakistan Single Window (PSW) in developing a Transit & TIR Management System Implementation Roadmap .
- Conduct a comprehensive review of Pakistan’s transit and TIR ecosystem , including legal, operational, procedural, and technological aspects.
- Perform a detailed situational analysis covering current technical, procedural, legal, IT, and regulatory frameworks, fee models, governance structures, and infrastructural capacities.
- Assess capacities of relevant government departments and regulatory bodies involved in transit and TIR operations.
