Description
 :We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our Transmission Operations and Planning team, focused on bridging advanced research and real-world grid operations. This role translates transmission system analysis, tools, and methodologies into practical, near real-time applications that enhance reliability, situational awareness, and operational decision-making.

The role leads development and deployment of capabilities including online Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA), state estimation enhancements, and real-time contingency analysis tools, with integration into EMS/SCADA environments. The position collaborates with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve grid resilience.
