Job Responsibilities
- Planning and arranging daily delivery schedule / Traffic deployment
- Ensure safe, efficient and reliable services are provided at all times
- Handling documentation, admin duties, transportation.
- Responsible for route analysis to optimize delivery successful rate and efficiency in collection/return from.to yard, collection/delivery to customers & sending in/out of Port
- Coordinate and mobilize the relevant vendor and internal staff to resolve hiccups & urgent requests in the services (e.g. unexpected events of traffic jam, tire puncture etc.)
- Plan and schedule daily jobs based on delivery priorities through our system
- Track driver movement through GPS to ensure the most efficient deployment of drivers
- Process pre-gate (Port) and book yard timing via CMS ( Container Management System)
