Job description:

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Donabate, Co. Dublin.


My Client requires a Day Shift Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
  • Check Driver Tacho and working hours
  • Check Return Documentation
  • Follow up on Delivery Issues
  • Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
  • Ad hoc duties as required

    • Key Requirements:


  • High Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )

    • Pay:


  • Day clerk duties - €17.56 p/h

    • Shift Times:


  • Shift 07:00 - 16:00
  • 4 on 4 off roster
