Job Description
Job Summary
The Transport planner will be working under the Senior Transport Planner or the Team Leader of Transport Planning for various Traffic studies project in Bahrain. The Transport Planner will be responsible for preparation of study, preparation of reports, QA/QC etc.
The position of Transport planner involves :
- The ability to prepare Transport Notes, Statements and Reports and Site Access Appraisals.
- An understanding of relevant Bahrain TIA, Parking guidelines and BRDM standard.
- Analysis of traffic survey data
- Carrying out trip generation, parking assessments,
- Using traffic modelling softwares, viz VISSUM/VISSIM and junction nalysis tools like SYNCHRO/SIDRA, etc
