Transport Planner – Manchester – Up to £32, per annum!
Are you an experienced transport planner in general haulage looking for an exciting opportunity within a market leading company?
Job type: Permanent 
Hours: 4 on/4 off days
Salary: Up to £32, per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a fleet of drivers on a daily basis
Booking deliveries
Monitoring driver times, progress, providing ETAs to ensure good time keeping
Route planning
Ensure compliance with all transport legislation and company policies
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delays, changes or updates
Requirements:
Previous experience as a transport planner
Legal compliance knowledge – Tachographs, infringements, WTDs
Strong communication skills
Excellent UK geographical knowledge
Organised and able to work on own initiative
