Transport Supervisor

This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of our yard and ensures the efficient movement of materials and products in and out of the facility. It maintains the smooth flow of operations in our fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
• Dealing with day to day queries from colleagues – liaising with HR and Training Teams as required.
• Supervise and coordinate all yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished products.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the yard, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation of stock.
