Role OverviewThis position supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) by providing services for the GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN). The role is located in the 24x7 DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC) and involves supporting a contract designed to provide global operations and sustainment for the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN/DISN).
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and monitor incident tickets using ServiceNow/ITSM, providing situational awareness to leadership.
Monitor network events and element management failures on a 24/7/365 basis, proactively analyzing alarms and correlating fault information.
